DESCRIPTION:  The contractor shall furnish all services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools, and data (other than Government Furnished Property), necessary to provide the overhaul of the following assets:

The proposed contractual action will result in a Firm Fixed-Price (FFP), with the quantity listed above. These items are NOT commercial items; FAR Part 12 will NOT be utilized. Required delivery shall be FOB Origin. This NSN is  not listed as a Critical Safety Item (CSI). This procurement is restricted to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, Inc. CAGE: 78286) as they own the technical adta rights.  There is no DMWR for this requirement.

Firms that recognize and can overhaul the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves.
