The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) is seeking proposals for comprehensive conference services to support the 2027 Apprenticeship Texas Conference. - Government Buyer: - Texas Workforce Commission, Procurement Services - Locations: - Conference to be held in one or more Texas cities: Arlington, Corpus Christi, Conroe, Dallas, Denton, Fort Worth, Galveston, Houston, San Antonio, or The Woodlands - Products and Services Requested: - General session meeting room for up to 350 attendees (crescent rounds, linens, chairs) - Four breakout rooms (up to 125 people each, classroom setup) - Sleeping rooms: 20 for staff (Mon-Wed), 200 for attendees (Tue-Thu), 6 suites for staff (Tue-Thu) - Registration area: 4 skirted six-foot tables with chairs and power access - Exhibitor area: 18 skirted six-foot tables with chairs in foyer or adjacent area - Food and beverage catering for multiple breaks, breakfasts, and lunches (up to 350 attendees) - Coordination with audio-visual vendors selected by TWC - Notable Requirements: - Ability to provide all requested facilities and services for up to 350 participants - Must accommodate specific event dates in September 2027 (two half days and one full day) - Vendors must coordinate with TWC-selected audio-visual providers - Evaluation based on best value, including cost, past performance, and technical approach - No specific OEMs or named vendors; open to hotels, conference centers, and related service providers

The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) is seeking proposals to provide conference services including meeting space, food and beverage services, and sleeping rooms for the 2027 Apprenticeship Conference. The event may be held in one or more locations within Texas, including Arlington, Corpus Christi, Conroe, Dallas, Denton, Fort Worth, Galveston, Houston, San Antonio, or The Woodlands.
