The Indian Health Service (IHS) Oklahoma City Area Office is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive healthcare simulation training services across all twelve IHS areas. - Government Buyer: - Indian Health Service (IHS), Oklahoma City Area Office - Scope of Services: - In-situ simulation-based educational experiences for pediatric, adult, and obstetrical emergencies - Training delivered at IHS clinics and hospitals nationwide (Alaska, Albuquerque, Bemidji, Billings, California, Great Plains, Nashville, Navajo, Oklahoma, Phoenix, Portland, Tucson) - Includes high-fidelity mannequins, clinical facilitators, didactic education, hands-on simulation, debriefing, and data metric reporting - Training tailored to each service unit's needs, with performance analysis against national benchmarks - Unique Requirements: - Contractor must provide all necessary simulation equipment and facilitators - Data collection and reporting on training outcomes is required - Contract Details: - Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a five-year term - Maximum contract value of $9 million - No specific OEMs, vendors, part numbers, or quantities are named in the solicitation or attachments
