NASA Goddard Space Flight Center's Radiation Effects and Analysis Group is seeking a specialized thermal test chamber for advanced research: - Government Buyer: - NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, Radiation Effects and Analysis Group (REAG), Radiation Effects Facility (REF) - OEMs and Vendors: - Tenney (OEM of the TJR Test Chamber) - TPS, LLC (sole provider/distributor of Tenney chambers) - Products/Services Requested: - 1 Modified Tenney TJR Thermal Test Chamber System - Thermally controlled chamber with semiconductor components relocated outside the radiation field - 35 feet of pluggable interconnect wiring, designed to fit through a 3-inch diameter opening - System mounted on a wheeled cart for mobility - Power supplied to a remote control chassis - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Customization to relocate sensitive electronics outside the radiation field for space radiation-induced chemistry research - Extended wiring and compact routing through a small opening - Mobility via wheeled cart - Sole source procurement to TPS, LLC as the exclusive provider of Tenney chambers - Delivery required before a specified deadline
