Description

The purpose of this Sources Sought is to assess the level of interest, capabilities, and qualifications of HUBZone, SDVOSB, and WOSB small business communities for this project. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 238990, with a size standard of $19,000,000.00. The Government is contemplating a firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract with a five (5) year ordering period, not to exceed $2.5M.

The 341st Contracting Squadron at Malmstrom Air Force Base, Great Falls, Montana, is anticipating a solicitation to remove, replace, and repair designated livestock gates within the 341st Missile Complex. The scope of work requires the Contractor to cut existing fence lines and install new gates in areas where property owners currently have wire over gates. Alternatively, the Contractor may be directed to temporarily cut the fence for access and repair it with a splice after the work party has proceeded through the right-of-way. All actions require the Contractor to install a fluorescent delineator coil and transfer any existing metal Government Number Tags to the new posts. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to accomplish these tasks. Further project details and information can be found on the Statement of Work within this post.

This request for Sources Sought is for planning purposes only and shall not be considered an invitation for bid, request for quotation, request for proposal, or obligation in part of the Government to acquire any products or materials. No contract award will be made as a result of this Sources Sought. This information is provided to the government at no cost.
