The U.S. Embassy Lima, under the Department of State, is seeking a certified TK Elevator (TKE) representative to provide comprehensive maintenance services for five TKE elevator units at its Chancery and Annex buildings in Lima, Peru. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of State, American Embassy Lima, GSO/Procurement Office - OEM Highlight: - TK Elevator (TKE) is the specified manufacturer for all elevator units covered by this contract - Contractor must be an official TK Elevator representative with certified technicians - Products/Services Requested: - Full-service maintenance for five TK Elevator units - Monthly scheduled maintenance visits (12 per year) - 24-hour callback service with 1-hour emergency response for emergencies - Replacement of parts including batteries for emergency lighting and key switches - Maintenance of in-car emergency communication devices - All parts, materials, supplies, and labor included (excluding repairs due to force majeure or misuse) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Only official TK Elevator representatives with certified technicians are eligible - Service must be performed on-site at the U.S. Embassy Lima compound - Firm fixed price contract for 12 months - Payment terms: net 30 days after service acceptance
