This opportunity concerns a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for mechanical gate maintenance, repair, and replacement services at Fort Bragg, Simmons Army Airfield, and MacKall Army Airfield. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army, Directorate of Plans, Training, Mobilization and Security (DPTMS), Fort Bragg Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Scope of Services: - Preventative maintenance, repairs, and part replacements for 22 mechanical gates - Components covered include access card readers, gate motors, retracting chains, belts, rollers, and related electrical/mechanical parts - Services must restore gates to manufacturer's specifications, including reprogramming, troubleshooting, lubrication, and adjustments - Period of Performance & Value: - 3-year BPA with a master dollar limit of $975,000 - Individual call orders capped at $50,000 - Unique Requirements: - Service coverage across multiple locations spanning approximately 58 miles - Work includes both scheduled maintenance and on-demand repairs or replacements - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or product brands are named; vendors must be able to service a variety of mechanical gate systems and components - Notable Details: - All work must meet original manufacturer's specifications - Replacement parts may include access pedestals, motors, chains, belts, rollers, wires, and card reader units

Description

This notice serves as a pre solicitation regarding an upcoming site visit. The solicitaion will follow shortly after, and the PWS is attached.

We have 22 mechanical gates listed on the technical exhibit in the PWS.  If we look at every gate it should take approximately 4 hours including driving time.

Installation Force Modernization Facility (Bldg F-4840 Howell Street, Fort Bragg, NC 28310) – 2 Gates Installation Mission Training Complex (Bldg N-3627 Black Jack Street, Fort Bragg, NC 28310) – 1 Gates Simmons Army Airfield (Bldg P-4541 Parham Boulevard, Fort Bragg, NC 28310) – 16 Gates Mackall Army Airfield (Hoffman, NC 28347) – 3 Gates

The total approximate miles will be 58 miles starting at Installation Force Modernization Facility, Fort Bragg and ending at Mackall Army Airfield.
