Sealed bids are invited for the construction of the Southwest Trail from Hilaro Springs Rd. to Baseline Rd. (S) in Pulaski County, Arkansas. The project includes construction of approximately 6,000 feet of bike trail, a 10-foot wide concrete bike trail, a 182-foot prefabricated steel truss pedestrian bridge, multiple pipe crossings, marked roadway crossings, striping, safety railing, and related items. Bids will be received for a single prime contract on a unit price basis. Bidders must submit bids by July 7, 2026, and attend an optional pre-bid conference on June 24, 2026.
