The Little Rock Ambulance Authority d/b/a MEMS is seeking Statements to Qualify from software providers specializing in HR/Payroll and Human Capital Management software. The selected supplier will be responsible for software installation, coordinating interface, training, and providing post-award technical support. The procurement is for capable HR/Payroll Software and Human Capital Management (HCM) System providers. MEMS reserves the right to award to the most qualified provider and to accept or reject any or all submissions.
