The Ministry of Long-Term Care is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide hosting, support, and maintenance services for the LTCHomes.net solution and its associated applications. The services include secure hosting, infrastructure and application support, monitoring, backup and recovery, incident and problem management, and implementation of approved enhancements. The platform supports legislated and operational functions for the Ministry and licensed long-term care homes across Ontario. The contract term starts around July 15, 2026, with up to two additional one-year extension options, and services must be available 24x7.
