Description

This solicitation is for the Short Tail Springs Basin HC20 Rehabilitation Project, which involves the rehabilitation of approximately 1,050 linear feet of 8-inch PVC SDR 26 mainline sewer open cut replacement, 1,850 linear feet of 8-inch gravity sewer with Cured-in-Place-Pipe (CIPP), multiple mainline point repairs, lateral pre-CCTV inspections, new cleanout installations, manhole frame and cover replacements, manhole lining, bench and invert repairs, grouting of pipe connections, heavy cleaning or obstruction removal, CCTV inspection, service lateral repairs, and open cut lateral replacements. The project includes all necessary bypass pumping, lateral reinstatement, property and pavement restoration, and required tools or equipment to complete the work according to specifications. The substantial completion is set for 270 calendar days with final completion at 300 calendar days. Bids are due by June 23, 2026, with an optional pre-bid meeting on June 9, 2026.
