This is a formal request for bid by the State of Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR) to procure single occupancy lodging for up to 50 attendees from August 24 to 26, 2026. The lodging must be within 5 miles of 525 S Lake Ave Duluth, MN 55802, and must comply with the specifications in the attached sample contract. Responses must be submitted electronically via the Supplier Portal by June 3, 2026, 2:00 PM CT. Questions must be submitted in writing by June 1, 2026, 2:00 PM CT, and contact with other State personnel may result in rejection.
