Description

The Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids to remove existing doors and furnish and install two new ADA-compliant doors, one exterior metal door and one interior wood door, at the Minnesota Interagency Fire Center in Itasca County. All responses must be submitted electronically through the Swift Portal, with no email or faxed responses accepted. The unit price must include all costs such as labor, materials, tools, transportation, equipment, sales tax, use tax, and all else necessary for project completion. The award will be made to the lowest responsible vendor meeting the specifications and all terms and conditions, with the State reserving the right to award items separately, by grouping items, or by total, whichever is most advantageous.
