Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) invites qualified proponents to submit proposals for the supply, delivery, installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, training, warranty support, and related services for replacing the existing Ericsson microwave radio system supporting the Niagara Regional Police Service's mission-critical communications network and P25 radio system. The project involves providing a complete, operational replacement solution for the existing microwave radio equipment at NRPS's microwave network sites within the Niagara Region. Existing microwave dishes and primary physical support structures will remain in place, with no dish replacement or realignment anticipated under the base scope unless specified. The successful proponent must provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, software, licensing, tools, testing, documentation, transportation, safety measures, and incidentals to deliver a fully commissioned system as per the RFP requirements.
