Arizona State University (ASU) is seeking qualified firms to provide remediation services for property affected by fire, water, mold, or other insurance-related incidents across all university campuses. - Government Buyer: - Arizona State University (ASU), located in Tempe, Maricopa County, Arizona - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) or vendors are named in the solicitation - Products/Services Requested: - Comprehensive remediation services for fire, water, and mold damage - Remediation for other insurance-related property damage - Notable Requirements: - ASU may award contracts to multiple firms or individuals - No guarantee of a minimum or specific amount of business to any contractor - Current contractors must respond to this RFP separately to be considered - NAICS, NIGP, and UNSPSC codes provided for relevant remediation and cleaning services

Description

ASU seeks to enter into a contract with one or more qualified firms for the purpose of remediating property damaged, or in peril of damage, from fire, water or mold and other insurance related damage at any of the University campus locations. The University may award to multiple firms or individuals as deemed in its best interest. There is no guarantee of a minimum or specific amount of business with the awarded contractor(s). The bid opening meeting will be available via Zoom.
