Texas State University is requesting competitive proposals for selection of one or more responsive and responsible individuals or firms to provide equipment to provide adequate audio, video, lighting, staging services, special effects (fireworks), and on-site coordinators for Bobcat Welcome Kickoff event for 9,000 freshmen on August 16, 2026, from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. at Texas State University LBJ Student Center Mall.
