Albany County is seeking proposals from certified licensed substance abuse and mental health providers to deliver comprehensive individual and/or group therapy to participants in the Albany County Court Supervised Treatment Program’s Youth Empowerment Program and Youth Support & Integration Program. The services will be provided in Laramie, Wyoming, from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2028, with an option to renew for an additional year.
