Description

This project involves the removal and replacement of the existing Generator and Automatic Transfer Switch at the Learning Resource Center (LRC) Building located at the SDCCD Mesa College Campus in San Diego, California. The scope includes all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and services to complete the work according to project documents and code requirements. The Electrical Contractor is responsible for obtaining all required permits, demolition and disposal of existing equipment, installation of new equipment, and final project completion including training and documentation. The project is currently in the bidding stage with a pre-bid meeting scheduled for June 19, 2026, and bids due by July 24, 2026.
