Description

This solicitation is for the construction and installation of park amenities at Cedar Lake, including shelters, an accessible kayak launch, wayfinding and interpretive signage, trash receptacles, benches, bike racks, a new park restroom building, two piers, a nature boardwalk, reconstruction of a multi-use concrete paved trail, and site preparation with coordination for playground equipment and surfacing installation. The project has an estimated cost of $3,950,000 and includes a schedule with an early start upon receipt of notice to proceed and a final completion date of May 28, 2027. Bids are to be submitted via the City's IonWave website by June 17, 2026, with a question cutoff date of June 15, 2026.
