The County of Imperial is seeking proposals to update and develop a Colonias Master Plan, originally approved in 2014. The update will reassess areas for future assistance eligibility by updating information on influence spheres, site services, streets, safety, social services, utilities, income, and housing. It will also identify and rank community needs and recommend actions to address deficiencies. Proposals must conform to the Standard Agreement and are encouraged from Disadvantaged Business Enterprises, Minority Business Enterprises, Women Business Enterprises, and Veteran Owned Businesses. The contract term is one year with possible extension.
