The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA) is seeking a qualified Program Management and Construction Management Services (PMCM) Consultant for the Airside 2 Wing Expansion Program at Orlando International Airport. The program includes construction of a new Airside 2 Wing extending from the northeast side of the existing hub, airside and apron improvements, expansion of passenger boarding and concessions, utilities and building systems upgrades, and modular construction strategies. The project requires complex coordination with multiple stakeholders and phased implementation to maintain operational continuity. The selected firm must demonstrate extensive experience in airport projects and provide a detailed team organization and project management approach.
