El Paso Independent School District (EPISD) is seeking vendors to provide district-wide photography and yearbook production services for 71 schools serving approximately 48,000 students. - Government Buyer: - El Paso Independent School District (EPISD), Procurement & School Resources Office - Products and Services Requested: - Comprehensive photography services, including student portraits, event coverage, staff and faculty portraits, senior portraits, and special sessions - Yearbook production services, including design, layout support, printing, and delivery of finished yearbooks - Yearbook specifications: - Full-color covers, custom designs, color end sheets, autograph pages, sewn-in gatefold tip-ins - Multiple size and page count options (7 3/4 x 10 1/2 and 9 x 12 inches; 100-500 pages) - High-quality 100# paper, digital proofs, and litho four-color covers - Photography requirements: - High-resolution digital images - Online access for schools - Free retake sessions - Compliance with student privacy and image use policies - Notable Requirements: - Vendors must demonstrate experience in school photography and yearbook production - Ability to service multiple campuses simultaneously and meet campus-specific requirements and timelines - Must handle a large and diverse student population - Compliance with digital data and image format guidelines - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation - Contract term is one year with up to four optional annual extensions, contingent on performance

Description

The El Paso Independent School District, TX is seeking proposals from qualified vendors and/or individuals to provide comprehensive photography and yearbook production services for its schools located throughout El Paso, TX. This solicitation covers portrait and event photography services, as well as the design, layout support, printing, and delivery of finished yearbooks for participating High Schools and Middle Schools within the El Paso Independent School District.
