Description

This solicitation is for the installation of approximately 1,325 linear feet of underground stormwater pipe, associated inlets, junctions, and related appurtenances, along with the decommissioning of approximately 260 linear feet of existing box culvert using cementitious flowable fill. The project also includes new concrete sidewalks, ADA improvements, driveway aprons, sanitary sewer, City Utilities gas and water service relocations, and communications and electric relocations. Special attention will be given to tree preservation and protection. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held via videoconference on June 4, 2026.
