Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND), is issuing this request for proposal for the replacement of a fuel distribution station at the St-Malo Military Complex (Valcartier). This request is only for holders of Supply Arrangement (SA) EF928-251312 - Specialized Petroleum Equipment Contractors. SA holders have been invited to participate per the terms and conditions set out in the SA. Other bidders must qualify for the SA before bidding.
