Harris County Toll Road Authority (HCTRA) is seeking qualified firms to submit their qualifications for providing On-Call Services across multiple engineering and design disciplines including roadway, structural, drainage, traffic, illumination, geotechnical, tolling, CTMS, surveying, utility coordination, environmental, real property consultation, construction engineering and inspection, construction materials testing, public involvement, project management, planning, architecture, and landscape architecture.
