Description

The City of San Antonio Fire Department’s Office of Emergency Management, in coordination with the City's Communications & Engagement Department, Disability Access Office, and Language Access Office, is seeking proposals from American Sign Language services firms to provide an ASL Emergency Alert System. The solicitation was issued on June 12, 2026, with proposals due by July 14, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Central Time. A pre-submittal conference will be held on June 18, 2026, via WebEx, which is optional but highly encouraged. Vendors must register on the SAePS portal to view the solicitation and submit proposals.
