The Gordon County Board of Commissioners is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to perform a comprehensive Classification and Compensation Study, Organizational Review, Job Description Audit and Development Project, and Workforce Planning Assessment for all County departments and positions. The project aims to create a fair, competitive, and sustainable system that is legally compliant and supports employee recruitment, retention, and future growth.
