Description

The Town is requesting proposals from qualified Offerors to provide professional services for the implementation of the Dayforce Position Management and Compensation modules. The selected Offeror shall conduct discovery, assess the Town’s current Dayforce environment, validate licensing and configuration prerequisites, and implement both modules to improve organizational hierarchy management, position control, vacancy tracking, compensation planning, workflow automation, and compensation governance. Services shall include project management, solution design, configuration, data conversion, testing, training, change management, go-live support, and post-implementation stabilization.
