The City of Georgetown is seeking bids for the Saddle Creek Lift Station Improvements – Phase II, a public works project focused on upgrading wastewater infrastructure. - Government Buyer: - City of Georgetown, Purchasing Department, Georgetown Utility Systems - OEMs Highlighted: - Flygt (Xylem) – submersible pumps - Katronic – clamp-on ultrasonic flowmeter - Products and Equipment Requested: - One new Flygt NP 3202 HT 3~ 460 submersible pump (294mm or 310mm impeller, 3-phase, 380/460V) - Retrofit (remove, replace impeller, reinstall) of two existing Flygt NP 3202 HT submersible pumps - Katronic KATflow 150 clamp-on ultrasonic meter - 4'x5' precast concrete meter vault - Ductile iron (DI) site piping, fittings, and valves (including 8-inch eccentric plug valve and 8-inch swing check valve) - Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) for pump control - Pump control panel with motor starters, overload protection, and monitoring - Electrical improvements: raceways, conductors, boxes, underground duct banks, grounding system - Services Requested: - Construction services for lift station improvements (installation, site clearing, earthwork, erosion control, testing) - Bypass pumping plan implementation (temporary sewage diversion during construction) - Mobilization and project contingency - Lift station and force main testing - Notable Requirements: - Compliance with prevailing wage rates and local ordinances - Bid security, performance and payment bonds - Detailed technical specifications and materials standards (AWWA, NEMA, etc.) - Project duration: 242 days for substantial completion, 275 days for final completion - One-year warranty post-completion - Liquidated damages for late completion - All materials testing provided by the City; contractor responsible for all other aspects including site access and dirt removal.

The City of Georgetown is soliciting sealed bids for the construction project titled Saddle Creek Lift Station Improvements – Phase II.
