Description
This solicitation seeks the development and demonstration of a Communications capability and Multi-Function resource manager for the AN/TPQ-53 radar system. The project aims to integrate communications into the radar system to improve target location accuracy and detection probability through timely data sharing between multiple radar systems. The effort includes developing algorithms, investigating machine learning-based management techniques, and demonstrating prototypes using surrogate radar systems. The project is structured in phases, from initial development and study to prototype demonstration and eventual productization of improvements into the software baseline.
