Description
The Ministry of Health (HLTH) seeks a specialized consultant with expertise in ontology development, health informatics, and HL7 FHIR to support the development, maintenance, and implementation of provincial Health Information Standards (HIS). The role addresses a critical internal capability gap in ontological modeling, FHIR architecture, and conformance to enable consistent, interoperable, and standards-based exchange of health information across British Columbia's health system.
