This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks proposals for a comprehensive Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) to support the Alberta Energy Regulator's future workplace vision. The system should include core capabilities such as Space Management, Facility Management, User Management, Moves, Adds, & Changes (MAC), Asset Management, Planning & Projects, Reporting & Analytics, and a Mobile Application. The solution must be delivered as a SaaS model, securely hosted and continuously updated, with seamless integration to enterprise platforms. The contract includes full implementation services and ongoing software support, with a duration of 60 months starting from September 1, 2026.
