Description

The Workers Compensation Board of Manitoba (WCB) is seeking proposals for an IT Service Management (ITSM) platform including implementation and training services. The project includes a current state maturity assessment, development of an implementation roadmap, system implementation, design, configuration, training, rollout, and support. Additional services include ongoing consulting, post-implementation support, comprehensive ITIL training, user and agent training, and optional other services. The contract duration is 48 months with an option to extend for one additional year, starting October 5, 2026.
