Description

The contractor shall furnish all tools, labor, equipment, transportation, and parts necessary to replace the R22 HVAC System and to upgrade the Siemens Controls, to include the Field Panel Controllers at B3212, and the Siemens Legacy Field Panel Controllers in B1217, B1225, B1228, B1234, B3029, B3030, B3119, B3236, and B3252, to be in compliance with Joint Base Andrews (JBA) Civil Engineering design guidelines, Public Laws, Federal Regulations, and manufacturer’s instructions.
