This opportunity is for comprehensive base life support services at Cristobal Colon, Panama, supporting U.S. Army and U.S. Southern Command operations. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, HQ Contracting Directorate, Fort Sam Houston, TX - U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM), Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer Representative - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation or attachments - Products and Services Requested: - Tentage for billeting, workspace, and dining facility tents (housing up to 1,500 personnel during surge periods) - Air conditioning units for all tents - Power generation and electrical distribution systems (including generator fueling and bulk fuel operations) - Interior and tower lighting (six tower lights for JOTC, ten for PANAMAX) - Furniture: cots (150), chairs (150), tables (35) - Waste collection, dumpster service, and waste management - Laundry services (two bundles per soldier weekly) - Refrigeration units (one 20ft unit) - Shower trailer/container units (one for JOTC, 35 portable units for PANAMAX) - Latrine trailer/container units (one for JOTC, 43 portable toilets for PANAMAX) - Portable handwashing stations (39 total) - Ablution services, daily/weekly cleaning, site restoration, and post-operation activities - Water management (potable, grey, and black water) - Maintenance support, staffing, management, and quality control - Surge support for up to 1,500 personnel within 14 days of notification - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Surge capability for PANAMAX exercise (up to 1,500 personnel) - Equipment staging required 14 days prior to each period - All tents must have moisture-repellant flooring, electrical grounding, fire extinguishers, ventilation, waterproof materials, and anchoring systems - Environmental compliance for fuel storage and waste management - Continuous operation and maintenance of all systems - Workers' Compensation Insurance required under Defense Base Act - Annual service contract reporting via www.sam.gov

Description

This requirement is for base life support services at Cristobal Colon, formerly known as Fort Sherman, Panama. The services rendered will be used to expand operational and billeting capacity. These services include: tentage for billeting, workspace and dining facility (DFAC) tents; air conditioning and lighting for all tents; power generation; bulk fuel operations (limited to generators supporting site power requirements); electrical distribution; tower lights; furniture such as cots, chairs and tables; waste collection and dumpster service; laundry service; refrigeration units; shower trailer service with heater and water and latrine trailers; portable latrines, handwashing stations, and ablution services; daily/weekly cleaning of all field service facilities; site restoration and post operation activities; and all necessary staffing, management and maintenance required to perform these services.
