GSA is seeking to procure QPL-certified thermal insulation blocks for supply chain management. - Government Buyer: - General Services Administration (GSA), Federal Acquisition Service, Supply Chain Management Contracting Division - Product Details: - NSN 5640-00-267-1590: Insulation Block, Thermal - Must conform to MIL-PRF-2819 Revision J and QPL-2819 standards - Class 3, dimensions: 36.0 x 12.0 x 2.0 inches, butt edges - Unit of issue: box containing 9 insulation blocks - Total quantity requested: 56 boxes (504 insulation blocks) - Unique Requirements: - Product must be QPL-certified (Qualified Products List) - Compliance with safety data sheet submission and OSHA/GHS labeling - Marking and packaging must meet MIL-STD-129 for domestic/export shipments - Delivery required within 8 days to ZIP code 92081 - Vendors must be able to receive purchase orders electronically (EDI or OMS Vendor Portal) - Small business set-aside under NAICS 327993 (Mineral Wool Manufacturing) - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; only QPL-approved manufacturers are eligible.

Description

The General Services Administration, Office of Shared Services Delivery (DELIVER) Direct Demand Contract Solutions Division, is posting a Request for Quote (RFQ) for NSN 5640-00-267-1590 (QPL), INSULATION BLOCK, THERMAL. Vendors quoting must be registered to receive Purchase Orders via EDI or through OMS Vendor Portal or be willing to onboard within 5 business days of award. All delivery locations will be within the Continental United States and shipments must be compliant with MIL-STD-129 marking and labeling. Some shipments may be shipped through consolidation points, for ultimate OCONUS consignee. MIL-STD-129 must be adhered to prevent frustrated shipments. See the RFQ for delivery city and zip code, however, full delivery addresses will be provided on awarded Purchase Orders. Prices are requested on a FOB Destination basis with the vendor’s best delivery lead time. This requirement is NOT set-aside for small business concerns.

A vendor meeting all compliance requirements in the RFQ (submitted by the solicitation close date and time) will move forward to the final evaluation factor: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.
