Description
The General Services Administration, Office of Shared Services Delivery (DELIVER) Direct Demand Contract Solutions Division, is posting a Request for Quote (RFQ) for NSN 5640-00-267-1590 (QPL), INSULATION BLOCK, THERMAL. Vendors quoting must be registered to receive Purchase Orders via EDI or through OMS Vendor Portal or be willing to onboard within 5 business days of award. All delivery locations will be within the Continental United States and shipments must be compliant with MIL-STD-129 marking and labeling. Some shipments may be shipped through consolidation points, for ultimate OCONUS consignee. MIL-STD-129 must be adhered to prevent frustrated shipments. See the RFQ for delivery city and zip code, however, full delivery addresses will be provided on awarded Purchase Orders. Prices are requested on a FOB Destination basis with the vendor’s best delivery lead time. This requirement is NOT set-aside for small business concerns.
A vendor meeting all compliance requirements in the RFQ (submitted by the solicitation close date and time) will move forward to the final evaluation factor: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable.
