This opportunity is for snow removal services at the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Disposition Services Anchorage facility at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson. - Government Buyer: - Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Disposition Services, Anchorage office - Area Manager: Chris Milazzo - Services Requested: - Complete snow and ice removal from storage and employee parking lots, sidewalks, and transport of snow to a designated dump lot - Includes hand operations for areas inaccessible to equipment - Application of deicing materials to ensure bare pavement and no windrows - Maintain safety for both vehicular and pedestrian traffic - Contractor must provide all equipment, materials, and personnel - Compliance with all federal, state, local laws, and installation safety/security regulations is required - Quantities: - 30 units of snow removal service per year, for up to three years (base year plus two option years) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract - Services required during snow season (October through May) - Contractor responsible for all documentation and access coordination - Set aside for small business concerns under NAICS 561730 - No specific OEMs, hardware, or part numbers are referenced; this is a service-only procurement

Anchorage Snow Removal Services

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number SP451026Q1018 is issued as a request for proposal for snow removal services for DLA Disposition Services Anchorage.

This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.

This solicitation falls under NAICS 561730 with a size standard of $9.5 million.

Proposals are due to the contracting officer on July 8th, 2026, at 5:00 PM EST. Late submissions will be subject to Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) clause 52.212-1(c).

Questions may be submitted to the contracting officer by June 24th, 2026, at 5:00 PM EST.

All contractor performance shall be in a safe manner, and in compliance with all applicable Federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and all installation policies. Any/all required documentation and service-related requirements including installation access are the responsibility of the contractor, with coordination as necessary with the site POC.
