Description

Requirement is for Annual Airflow Inspection for the Saint Louis VA Medical Centers, John Cochran and Jefferson Barracks. Locations are at 915 North Grand Blvd and 1 Jefferson Barracks, Saint Louis, MO 63106-1621. This solicitation is for Base Year with Four (4) Option years. Performance Period: 07/01/26 to 06/30/31. These services will be performed as detailed within the Performance Work Statement. This solicitation is being issued as a Total Set-Aside for SDVOSB concerns. If award can not be made, the solicitation will be cancelled and the requirement resolicited. IMPORTANT: Please refer to Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offers for additional instructions. Questions due by 06/19/26 and proposals due by 3:00pm CST on Wednesday June 24th. No late bids will be accepted.
