The Department of the Navy's Program Executive Office Digital (PEO Digital) under NAVWAR is seeking industry input for its Cyber Resource and Engineering Workforce (CREW) initiative to modernize and augment its cyber workforce. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Navy, NAVWAR (Naval Information Warfare Systems Command), PEO Digital - Scope of Request: - Seeking agile, scalable commercial cyber workforce augmentation services - Services must align with the Defense Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) and Technology Business Management (TBM) framework - Focus on firm fixed price (FFP) labor categories for cyber engineering and logistics support - Support required across CONUS (Continental US), OCONUS (Outside Continental US), and US Marine Corps (USMC) - Emphasis on rapid onboarding, scalable talent supply chains, and flexible contracting vehicles - No specific OEMs, vendors, products, or part numbers are named; this is a call for white papers and solution briefs - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Solutions must enable rapid and flexible response to fluctuating government demands and agile operational cycles - Modernization of IT labor procurement processes is a key objective - Multiple awards anticipated over the lifecycle of the AOI - Solutions must remain valid for at least 18 months after submission
