MBIC Boiler ReplacementThe Department of Interior, Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Montana State Office is soliciting quotes for removing and replacing the existing Patterson Kelly MACH C-450 boiler. The removal and replacement of the existing flue using Stainless Steel. The exhaust and combustion air venting is to be sized per manufacture recommendations. Connect existing gas line and condensate drain to the new boiler. Supply environmental water treatment to condensate drain. Sample water within the hydronic system and adjust as required to meet the manufacture specification. Perform all manufacture performance testing after the installation of the boiler in the presence of Government personnel. Integrate the new boiler into the proprietary building automation system (Johnson Controls Metasys software), using its graphic controls interface to verify all control and report points; resolve any warnings or alarms in the HVAC system. Confirm or correct hot water pump programming for lead/lag operation and ensure METASYS network control points match those of the new boiler. Testing and balancing (TAB) of the hot water system must be performed by a certified third-party company.
