Notice of Intent to Sole Source
U.S. Customs and Border Protection intends to issue a Firm Fixed Price sole source award to S&P Global Market Intelligence LLC, to provide a combined satellite/terrestrial data feed in National Marine Electronics Association (NMEA) 0183 in support of Air and Marine Operations.
The anticipated Period of Performance is: July 1, 2026 through March 31, 2027.
This notice is neither a request for proposal nor an invitation for bids. There is no formal solicitation available for this requirement at this time.
