The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport is soliciting proposals for the non-exclusive rights and obligations to redevelop, renovate, lease, and manage a concession space in Room SB2040, Concourse C, South Terminal. The concession may include specialized or experience-based services, retail ventures, or food and beverage establishments serving airline passengers, airport employees, and other users. The space is 988 square feet and located post-security near Concourse B. Proposers must demonstrate at least 24 months of relevant experience and submit a $5,000 refundable deposit with their proposal. The goal is to have the concession fully operational by December 1, 2026.
