Lancaster Independent School District (LISD) is seeking proposals for a large-scale commercial HVAC maintenance, repair, and installation contract across multiple school campuses in Lancaster, Texas. - Government Buyer: - Lancaster Independent School District (LISD), Purchasing Office - OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers): - Lennox - Trane - Products/Equipment Requested: - Replacement and installation of a wide range of HVAC units (mini splits, air handlers, heat pumps) from 1 ton to 40+ tons - Examples include: - 4 x 5 ton HVAC units (Auditorium, Lancaster High School) - 4 x 15 ton HVAC units (Auditorium, Lancaster High School) - 26 x 3 ton HVAC units (Bamo 9th Grade Campus) - 1 x 40 ton air handler (Gym, Administrative Building) - 7-8 engineered heat pump units (Beltline All Electric Campus) - 6 new air handlers (Elise Robertson Lancaster Middle School, 90-130 tons each) - Multiple engineered/design units for elementary school hallways - All units specified as Lennox or Trane models - Services Requested: - Comprehensive HVAC maintenance, repair, and installation services - Preventative maintenance (coil management, belts, lubrication, electrical testing, filtration, drainage) - Emergency response services (critical within 2 hours, urgent within 4 hours, routine within 24 hours) - Energy management upgrades and full HVAC infrastructure replacement - Integration with building management systems (BMS) and transfer of existing controllers - Notable Requirements: - Vendors must provide proof of Texas business registration, manufacturer certifications, and approved installer documentation - References from similar K-12 or government projects, safety record, OSHA compliance, insurance, and bonding capacity required - Mandatory pre-proposal meeting and site walk for all bidders - Pricing to be provided as lump sum by campus/facility, with unit pricing for unforeseen repairs - Ability to engineer/design new systems and re-work ducting as needed - Evidence of ability to obtain performance and payment bonds if required

The Lancaster Independent School District (LISD) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide commercial HVAC services.
