Description
The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities (DOT&PF), Division of Facilities Services, is soliciting quotes for barge staging, docking, landing, facility access, and related support services to support DOT&PF drilling operations at Deshka Landing. Services include use of designated laydown and staging areas, access to docking and moorage facilities, issuance of access credentials, equipment handling, and coordination of vessel access. The contractor is also responsible for final demobilization and restoration of occupied areas. Bids must be received by June 12, 2026, at 10:00 AM Alaska time, with responses due by June 13, 2026.
