Description
The City of Seattle is seeking comprehensive, reliable, and cost-effective mailing services to support communications for multiple departments. These services include handling business licenses, court documents, utility notices, renewal forms, public notices, and other time-sensitive materials sent to residents, businesses, and stakeholders. The vendor will provide services on an as-needed basis throughout the contract, with the ability to scale depending on order size and urgency. The contract term is for five years with a possible two-year extension. The new contracts will replace six expiring agreements and will be available to all City departments including Seattle Public Utilities, Municipal Courts, Ethics and Elections, Office of Sustainability and Environment, SDOT, City Light, HR, FAS, LTA, and SAS.
