Description
The County of Riverside Purchasing Department, on behalf of the Transportation and Land Management Agency (TLMA) Planning Department, is seeking proposals for a Program Management System and Professional Support Services to regulate the County's Short-Term Rentals Program in compliance with Riverside County Ordinance no. 927. The scope includes provision, maintenance, and support of a comprehensive system to facilitate certificate application processes, identify and resolve unpermitted or expired short-term rentals, track and map rental locations, manage fee collection and certificates, and enforce the program. The program aims to ensure public safety, support economic development, and maintain housing stability in unincorporated Riverside County.
