This project involves pavement grinding and removal, asphalt overlay, and associated concrete improvements including curb and gutter, sidewalks, and access ramps. It also includes adjustment of surface utilities to final pavement grade, traffic signal modifications, pavement markings, striping, and signing. The project requires a Class A license and has a duration of 90 working days. Bids must be submitted electronically, and the lowest bid will be determined based on the Base Bid without considering additive or deductive alternate items. Liquidated damages are set at $1,000 per calendar day.
