Description

The County of Simcoe is seeking qualified and experienced vendors to provide transfer services for curbside garbage and source-separated organics. The services involve offloading materials from curbside collection vehicles and other County-approved haulers for consolidation, segregation, and reloading into the County's hauling fleet for transport to processing and/or disposal facilities. This opportunity is for outsourcing the transfer operations currently performed at County-owned facilities, beginning in 2027. Only online submissions will be accepted for this Request for Proposal.
