Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) solicits proposals for a comprehensive Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) to support the Alberta Energy Regulator's future workplace vision. The system should include core capabilities such as Space Management, Facility Management, User Management, Moves, Adds, & Changes (MAC), Asset Management, Planning & Projects, Reporting & Analytics, and a Mobile Application. The solution must be delivered as a SaaS model, securely hosted, continuously updated, and integrated with AER's enterprise platforms. The vendor will provide the IWMS solution, full implementation services, and ongoing software support.
