Description

The Public Employees Retirement Association (PERA) is seeking a vendor to bring their website, mnpera.org, and all associated content into compliance with the Disability Act and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards by April 26, 2027. The scope includes auditing the website for accessibility issues, remediating the website and all electronic documents including PDFs and videos, providing a VPAT 2.5 INT report, and ongoing yearly monitoring and remediation support. The contractor will also transfer accessibility knowledge and provide training to PERA staff. The contract term is anticipated from July 2026 to June 2027 with options to extend up to four additional years.
